I grew up in Milan, where I started working in the fashion industry as a salesperson while studying. Before graduating from IED Milano in Digital Design, I began my career in web agencies and acquired my first clients as a graphic and web designer. This launched a 15-year career as a digital designer across Italy, Australia, and Switzerland, with freelance collaborations with agencies and clients in the USA.At Divio, I quickly rose to become Creative Director and later Communication/Experience Officer for the SAAS business. I led cross-functional teams, secured major clients, and played a pivotal role in the company's digital transformation.After a transformative sabbatical journey across Asia, I changed my life course and founded Matcha Cafe Bali. Starting from scratch in a new country, I created a popular and recognizable destination, introducing the island to matcha green tea. I expanded the business with a B2B wholesale supply to other cafes and restaurants and launched an e-commerce platform in Europe in 2021. In February 2024, I sold the cafe but retained the e-commerce business, rebranding it as Matchakin. With a new communication strategy, my goal is to bring this amazing tea into every household worldwide.
