In charge of the Global Network Support, managing and organizing, re-organizing, in primis, the Global Network Operations Centre team.Relocation of the Geneva NOC function to Lisbon – new team created in Lisbon, fifteen technicians, plus a local team leader has been implemented over summer (concretely in four weeks!) - becoming operational on August 1st, 2011. Former Geneva NOC engineers re-organized in a brand new team (called ICC – Installation Configuration and Control) fully dedicated to hardware configurations and network standardization (firmware and hardware template upgrade and roll-out). ICC acted as an escalation point for the Global NOC team, supporting in troubleshooting around the clock on „on-call“ base.Integration under the following the sun umbrella of the US NOC team, six technicians, plus a local team leader.In charge of Post Merge Integration of the WayPort - Copenhagen (Denmark ) NOC team. Local team was initially merged to the global network support team, and, less than one year later the acquisition, dismantled – except for two components that have been integrated into the new ICC team.In charge of Post Merge Integration of the Deuromedia – Brasov (Rumania) IP-Tv support team. Local team was initially integrated under the Lisbon NOC and dismantled after the knowledge handover.Production Facility start-up. Initially in Maubeuge (France) and actually in Lille (France), has been built a team dedicated to hardware staging and configuration. Idea, budget definition, approval and implementations, including building / office set-up, has been done in less than two months.Regular business trips, one or more weeks every month in Lisbon and, at least three times per year, in US (Dulles – Virginia) has been made for the whole period of this role.
