My current experience at Pozzi Arturo S.p.A., as Business Development Manager with management support duties, has involved me in a wide range of company functions, helping me to acquire a wide range of knowledge and skills, both organizational and business related. This allowed me to sharpen my decision-making and managerial skills, which resulted in the possibility of having specific budgets to manage projects (especially for subsidized finance and IT developments) and the opportunity to interface with decision makers, both inside and outside the company, at various levels and in various managerial functions.As far as previous experience, my years at PwC allowed me to work in a team and to develop excellent problem solving skills: over the years, I found myself directly and independently organizing and managing work teams and client relationships. A solid team management, together with my own skills, allowed me to work even in stressful situations and with tight deadlines in an efficient and effective way to achieve the agreed target, without losing sight of the status of the whole team. The projects I have been entrusted with have also allowed me to develop an excellent level of criticality and analysis of different situations in order to identify the best possible way to successfully resolve each of them.
