I Lead a team of 43 technical specialists which are shared in support of 15 different customers operating remotely at HPE office. My main duties are problem management, resuorce capacity management, escalation management (also in stand-by time) and I'm accountable for the governance of incidents and service requests management processes. I'm also accountable for the transition process of new acquired services. I relate with customer and other stakeholders constantly, in order to gather important information, documents and knowledge. I'm responsible to manage all the critical activities in order to succesfully startup the services within the expected deadline.

My main duties are problem management, resuorce capacity management, escalation management (also in stand-by time) and I'm accountable for the governance of incidents and service requests management processes.

I've been accountable for the design and the delivery of the proactive and reactive IT support plan for Mission Critical customers belonging to pharamaceutical, technological and fashion sector. Critical point of my job was to understand business needs and align the service to them, improving IT performances while reducing maintenance cost in order to let customer achieve its business goals.

As special assignement, I'm the leader of a team of managers and employees working to build a plan of records to improve the quality of the service delivery operations within HPE.

I'm accountable for the service quality level provided to one of the largest TELCO operator in Italy. Relating with the customer representatives on a daily basis, I coordinate a team of system, DB and storage administrators working remotely on operation and change management processes in order to ensure the respect of agreed SLA and deadlines. I manage emergencies and escalation, also during stand-by hours, producing reports and documentation in order to let the customer understand the value of the service.

Unix/Linux System AdministratorI've been involved as responsible of both incident and change management process for some of the largest TELCO operators in Italy.I provided reactive support and managed planned change request in production environment systems. I've been responsible of change request (OS tasks) in order to depoly new systems from raw hardware to server ready for production. I've worked both onsite at customer office and as remote support at HPE office.
