I am an electronic-physicist with a specialization in the development of embedded digital systems. In the latest years I work as Chief Science and Technology Officier by developing an app for Digital Identity (eIDAS compliant) based on AWS cloud. I have experience in the development of embedded systems linux-based and stand alone. In this context, I work on low-level drivers, the bootloader and the applications. I have been involved in the development process of the system starting from the definition of the specifications to the validation procedure.I have considerable experience in the verification of hardware prototypes working closely with hardware developers and FPGA designers.On several occasions, I work on new processors and DSP studying how to configure the basic functionality including DMA, the communication bus, the low-level control pin, and the communication channels for the acquisition of video frame.I have experience in the development of embedded systems based on CMOS sensors, their characterization, the study of algorithms for computer vision, image exposure adjustment, and implementation techniques of wide/high dynamic range (WDR / HDR).During my research activity, I've done a very good experience at INFN by study pulse shape acquisition and digital signal processing applied to CHIMERA (LNS), HPGe, LaBr3 detectors.In this time I've study Real-Time Data Acquisition System. Recently I have done some study about the sensitivity of FPGA devices in safety-critical applications (aerospace and avionics) at INAF. In particular, I've studied the relationship between SEU sensitivity and the placement/routing in a XILINX FPGA device.Specialties: IoT, Embedded System Programming, Problem Solving, Digital Signal Processing.
