In coordination with the Director of Patient Experience, created and managed the guest services program with the goal of improving the patient experience by providing high-end concierge program for patients, their families, and the community at large. Trained and on-boarded new hires. Designed and lead services recovery and conflict resolution training throughout the hospital system and clinics. Employee of the Month, March 2019

Supervising four diamond standards and manager on duty during the afternoon shift.

SUMMER: Planned and customized outdoor activities for guests. From fly fishing to rafting and hiking to paragliding, I designed and booked itineraries for guests of all abilities and interests.WINTER: Ensured that guests received their proper ski rental, personal equipment and information for their day on the mountain. Coordinated the flow of 200-400 guests walking through the department every morning and evening.

Introduced clients to the challenges of back-country and rock climbing risk management. Taught route-finding, rope management and general safety skills in both winter and summer seasons.

Provided guiding and team-building services to individual and corporate clients in the Washington Cascades.

Graduating Class of 2012

Supervised and trained agents to perform at a four diamond standard in all aspects of service. Managed front desk duties and security, bellstaff, housekeeping and lobby bar employees during the overnight shift.

A good opportunity to play a bigger role in the overall guest stay. The Lodge is a 46 room boutique property high on top of the continental divide in Breckenridge, with a fine dining restaurant and top notch spa. Also my first experience with the financial side of the hotel industry.

My first hotel job upon graduating from the University of Denver. Had my interview the day after graduation and moved up to Breckenridge a week later. I enjoyed the ski town environment and the change in customers it created. From business professionals in the Denver area to the recreational tourists in Breckenridge.

My introduction to the world of hotels and hospitality. I wanted to supplement my Hospitality degree with actual experience and I was happy to do so with such a well established company as the Loews Denver Hotel.
