Achievements:➜ Made MEA region the most successful in evolving out of plastic cards through the Digital Transformation of payments.➜ Led the team that launched EMVco Click To Pay in partnership with top merchants and Fintechs.Responsibilities:➜ Leading a team of senior directors in charge of driving Mastercard’s Digital and core switching products in the whole Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region.➜ Actively coordinating and leading 300+ internal and external stakeholders within the legal, marketing, pricing, IT, operations, franchise rules, compliance and risk teams before and after launch, while supervising the different projects.

➜ Launched Apple and Samsung pay in several MEA markets along with a team of talents in charge of multiple digital payment solutions (e.g. Masterpass wallet, payment tokenization engine MDES).

In charge of Digital Convergence for Europe, I work on bringing state of the art mobile Payment experience to the physical world through MasterPass. I also support the evolution of e-commerce transactions to Digital Secure Remote Payments, allowing users to have an EMV level of security and a slick User Experience for contactless and in-app mobile payments alike.

➜ Guided the global expansion of innovative prepaid products as part of the corporate product diversification strategy.Responsible for driving my product to a successful launch.

Management of multiple large programs in a high-performance, rapidly changing environment, servicing the commercial needs of SIA-SSB's retail electronic payment channels (ATM, POS, Internet Banking, phone banking etc.).Processing and Process Management (3rd party/processor change management, operational process implementations).Compliance Management (principal contact towards card schemes and members on related issues, license management, coordination and monitoring of compliance in general, overall company advisor).

Project Management during the whole project life cycle from client’s requirements definition to solution delivery. I am responsible for delivering on time and within budget, reporting directly to the management and to the client.

Specialized in POS terminals handling and front end acquiring, I was in charge of analyzing and evaluating every new requirement originated by a primary client of the company. Such requests often led to innovative projects for the POS based market.
