At Henn I am working at the design development of one of the two 430 meters high towers in the center of Haikou city, China. The project will have a significant effect on urban development and will become landmarks for the whole district. The first high-rise is already under construction, the second on the opposite side of the road will be similar in layout and external appearance. The twin towers are characterized by a highly performative intelligent building envelope which responds to the tropical climate on the island of Hainan. I manage the design team, which varies in number according to the fork flow, I meet with consultants (local architects, structural engineer, MEP engineers, facade consultant, landscape and lighting designers) to ensure all the aspects of the project are in line with Henn's architectural design. .

My daily routine includes assign task, train and follow the junior architects and the interns working on my team, review drawings and tender documents prepared by consultants and propose technical and architectural solutions for different aspects of the projects.

Relevant works:As partners of the RPBW office - Renzo Piano Building Workshop - for the project of a 38 storey office tower, the “Intesa-Sanpaolo Bank's headquarter”.I daily dealt with the main consultants (structural engineers, MEP consultants, Lift engineers, facades designers) to assure the complete uniformity among all the project's drawings. With the Renzo Piano Office we handled the different architectural choices in order to develop the project in all its phases.

In association with Jose Candido Sampaio Lacerda's architectural office based in Rio de Janeiro and the Alfredo Cammara architectural office based in Turin we developped a concept plan for the urban renovation of the oldest Brazilan' favela, “Morro da Providencia” .

Relevant works:Turin Olympic Winter Games: In 8 different venues: construction drawings and realization of security fencing rings, pavilions and facilities among with journalist workstations, canteens and dressing rooms. As resident architect of “Palavela and Torino Esposizioni” venues, I daily monitored all work's phases on field, dealing with site managers and sub-contractors. Exhibit design:As designer and fit out supervisor I developed different sized of exhibit projects, from the concept design till the final realization, including pieces of furniture, metal light-boxes and lights. Finding the best technical solutions to save time and money during the construction was also part of my duties.Corporate Bank Offices: I managed the fitting out and furnishing of banks' offices worth more than 5 millions' Euro in one year. I oversaw more than 9 projects, many yards simultaneously, supervising design (from conception till the final realization), search for contractors, cost-monitoring, time scheduling and on-site inspections.
