Matt Erickson was Senior VP of Restaurant Operations at sbe, where he was instrumental in the opening and expansion of the world-class restaurant group since 2006, instituting many key systems, policies, & procedures. Erickson oversaw the company’s award-winning portfolio of concepts nationwide and internationally including The Bazaar by José Andrés, Katsuya and Cleo. In addition to working with some of the world’s most highly-regarded chefs, Erickson spearheaded concept development, operations and sales & marketing, leading a team of over 2,000 restaurant professionals. In one year, sbe had 6 of the Top 10 Hottest Restaurants in America per Open Table and was awarded #1 and #2 best Hotel Restaurants in America in the same year by Daily Meal.
