I eventually moved into the lead position for this project. I helped push for the design of the site to be easily modularized and moved in to a number of centralized systems. These systems can be used in part or as a whole by other sites. I helped move the company as a whole towards a unified set of guidelines that are adhered to by these centralized systems, and the sites that use them. I lead a team including a developer that had been with the company many years, and a new developer I trained on our systems and policies.
