I am a strategic communicator and finance professional holding the CFA designation. I oversee the Strategy & Investor Relations program at CWB Group (CWB:TSX). Key external stakeholders include current and prospective institutional shareholders, buy-side and sell-side research analysts, credit rating agencies, and members of the financial media. Key relationships within CWB Group include the executive team and senior management (C-suite, EVP, SVP, and VP levels), internal teams and business units, including finance and legal services, corporate communications, CWB Group partner companies and the Board of Directors. My role is to influence investor sentiment toward CWB through clear communication of our strategy and performance. Through my investor relations role, I oversee CWB's strategic messaging directed to key external stakeholders and collaborate with corporate communications on related internal messages. Through my Strategy role, I work with the executive team to oversee both CWB's annual strategic planning process and implementation of our performance management system.
