There was a lot of success that I had and over the course of the 6 years I was at Farmers i worked on dozen different teams, and dozens of different applications. Farmers was blessed with some very good Architects that also helped give me a solid foundation of the skill sets I have today. I worked up to being a Sr Engineer on the eCLS some time mid 2004 where I was introduced to my first real a critical system problems and the effort it takes to fix them.
