Acted as the Project Manager on restaurant, class A office, retail, industrial tenant improvement projects. Oversaw and managed pre-construction activities through project close out. Effectively managed superintendents, subcontractors, owner vendors and suppliers for the duration of the project. Effectively communicated with owners, architects, investors, and key stakeholders.

National Pickem League is an innovative website connecting sports betting enthusiasts with fantasy sports by providing a unique and entertaining fantasy gaming format. We look to fill the void that currently exists in the fantasy sports industry for a hybrid head-to-head fantasy game that combines the traditional fantasy sports league with a sports book. While our website will be based on the traditional fantasy sports head-to-head format, we have identified and plan to implement subtle changes to this formula in order to gain a competitive edge in the industry.

Worked as the lead Project Manager on two simultaneous condominium projects. The San Diego project was a 176 unit condo conversion and the Los Angeles project was a 161 unit loft project located in the downtown Toy District. I coordinated the completion of construction, worked closely with vendors, responded quickly to customer service requests and managed sales agents in exceeding sales goals.
