Joint Services Command And Staff College, Shrivenham

Advanced Command and Staff Course (ACSC) student at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom. It is a selective flagship course conducted at post-graduate level to educate UK officers from all 3 services and military representatives from 57 other nations. ACSC cultivates students for high grade assignments, including command, by developing their effective intelligence, associated analytical decision making and communication skills, whilst also broadening their professional knowledge.

Ministry Of Defence Main Building And Raf High Wycombe

Lead Air sponsor desk officer for the development and delivery of current and future air traffic and aerospace battle management capabilities, including Command and Control (C2) systems; sensors (radars and Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) systems); tactical datalinks; communications systems; and mission management systems (planning and support).

1 Group Istar Force Headquarters

Established new safety related post and held it concurrently with OC E-3D TEF role to meet new Military Aviation Authority requirements following the Haddon-Cave report. Required risk identification, management and elevation within the new "Duty Holder" safety construct, including the generation of a Platform Safety Risk Register for the Sentry E-3D and a regime of air system safety working groups and programme boards to meet the oversight and reporting requirements.

Raf Waddington

Led the development, delivery and reporting of all test and evaluation activity for the Sentry E-3D aircraft, including enhancements to its sensors, command and control systems, tactical datalinks, communications (including internet relay chat), and synthetic capabilities. Also provided subject matter expertise and advice and guidance to the capability sponsor, front line operators, headquarters and support enterprises.

83 Expeditionary Air Group, Caoc Al Udeid

Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance subject matter expert for 83 Expeditionary Air Group responsible for cross-theatre tasking, employment optimisation and RAF representative platform expertise to other CAOC coalition members.

Vaw-120, Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia

Responsible for the Fleet readiness training of all C-2A, E-2C and Hawkeye 2000 Naval Aviators (pilots), Naval Flight Officers and Naval Aircrewmen. As the lead instructor, this included the preparation, development and delivery of multiple training syllabi across live flying (including carrier qualification), flight deck and mission system simulators, and classroom training environments.

Assist the Training Officer with the development and delivery of the Fleet readiness training for all C-2A, E-2C and Hawkeye 2000 Naval Aviators (pilots), Naval Flight Officers and Naval Aircrewmen. Act as mission commander on the E-2C Hawkeye and Hawkeye 2000 and instruct students in the airborne, synthetic and classroom environments. Also required to teach the aircrew instructors course that trained experienced aviators to operate as qualified instructors.
