My academic background includes a technical high school education, where I acquired knowledge in various disciplines, such as Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Business Law, and Accounting. This diverse educational foundation has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of business operations and management principles.In the field of Human Resources, I began my career as an intern, where I was subsequently promoted to a full-time position, advancing to an assistant role within an HR consultancy. I later specialized as a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Analyst. In this capacity, I developed a rigorous approach to identifying candidate competencies and skills, while enhancing my expertise in process management and interpersonal communication.Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to engage with professionals at various hierarchical levels, ranging from operational roles to industrial and administrative positions. My experience spans sectors such as banking, commercial enterprises, and industry, where I have also assumed leadership responsibilities in both individual and team-based projects.Currently, I serve within a People & Management team, with a primary focus on Recruitment & Selection, while also functioning as a PMO, overseeing the strategic management of the team's projects. Through a Shared Services Center (SSC), I contribute to the administration of a holding company that encompasses a law firm, a tax and accounting consultancy providing outsourcing services, a benefits technology startup, and real estate ventures.
