During my time with New Directions I have worked with the Database team, Network team, and Development team to implement enterprise level solutions.

♦ Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City subsidiary.Charged with implementing standards and best practices to elevate network team performance, strengthen security, and eliminate downtime of critical systems. Managed all aspects of data center operations comprised of 90 physical / virtual servers, network infrastructure, and desktop computing environment. Provided support for 300 users across 2 sites.

♦ Foss Training was acquired by Centriq.Conceptualized, built, and managed software start-up to design the first-of-its-kind classroom automation software for the computer training industry. Defined business plan, created marketing strategies, and led a globally dispersed team of developers.

♦ Foss Training acquired business from Conseva and relocated to a new facility.Retained and promoted following acquisition of Conseva Learning Center of Kansas City to manage all aspects of sales, marketing, facilities, and technology. Charged with building cohesive and focused teams all working together to deliver an exceptional customer experience, achieve aggressive revenue goals, and have fun doing it. Managed a diverse staff of 10 corporate sales representatives, 15 technical trainers, and 5 administrative staff across 2 facilities through 3 direct reports.

Defined technology strategy, negotiated contracts, purchased technologies, and provided support of network infrastructure, servers, desktops, telephones, and software for staff and students. Additionally responsible for facilities and physical security.
