Oversight of a professional soccer team and stadium facilities, executing all events and leading daily activities and strategic direction for the business and team operations. Hired a management team through the start up of a privately owned pro sports team and stadium, set business strategy and built policy and procedure including performance review process. Directed day to day operation of department managers and Executive Committee with leadership of sales, marketing, finance, HR, merchandise, security, concessions, ticketing and union groups.

Directed day-to-day operations of four separate business entities including three sports franchises and a brand new $40 Million multi-purpose entertainment venue. Facilitated the complex logistics of opening of a brand new state-of-the-art sports venue. Attracted and executed major national events such as the World Drum and Bugle Championships. Established, hired and trained all staff to manage and execute venue and events. Liaised directly with architects, construction managers and sub-contractors on all aspects ofdesign, construction and the successful opening of a sports venue with 70+ annual events. Substantially increased overall stadium and team revenue through expanded ticket and sponsorship sales initiatives and through new concessionaire, merchandise and vendorrelationships.

December 2004 ­ January 2006: Complex Director Entertainment and Special Events. Administered all events and entertainment for the Hershey Entertainment Complex including entertainment and special events at Hersheypark and all events at Hersheypark Arena/Stadium and at GIANT Center. Operated a variety of multi-faceted entertainment venues in planning and executing events such as the Antique Automobile Fall Meet, Christmas Candylane and Hersheypark In The Dark.

Directed and managed the operation of a sports complex including multiple venues and associated staffs. Managed 50 full time people and an operating budget of $15M+ to execute 250 public events per year including sports and concerts such as The Rolling Stones and The Dave Matthews Band. Directly responsible for all operational logistics and opening of a new 10,500 seat indoor sports arena (GIANT Center) and the operational reorganization and transition from Hersheypark Arena.

Responsible for running all aspects of the 2001 A-League Runner-Up Hershey Wildcats.
