I focus on life sciences companies, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, genomics, and the lively convergence of diagnostics, therapeutics and information technology.My consulting practice focuses on corporate finance strategy for growth companies, including venture capital and private equity, partnerships and collaborations, IPOs and access to the debt and equity markets. Engagements frequently encompass investor relations, corporate presentation development, private and public term sheets and offering documents (including S-1s), and negotiation support.
