Management responsibilities: I led my business discipline which included managing a full time Mobile junior and a distributed discipline working group within Ops, CRM and Data.Core internal responsibilities: Delivering new business pitches, consulting across the Group (and wider JWT/Mirum agency network), mobile supplier management, internal education (including assisting the Quirk-owned Red & Yellow School in rewriting the Mobile Marketing Course), product development, strategic business planning.Client-side engagement: Consulting on Mobile / Mobility for clients’ businesses, capability training, campaign concept and ideation, mobile user experience and journeys, campaign management (SMS, USSD, Mxit, WeChat, etc.), auditing digital assets, e-commerce analytics and reporting.Clients included: Woolworths, Distell (incl. I joined the Quirk Graduate Programme to get work experience in Digital, access education opportunities, and to gain access to a broader pool of resources. Notable projects included:Overhauling the social media content and reporting processes and workflows (as a Social Media Project Management apprentice), with a complete turnaround in results;Leading, conceptualising and executing a Google agency challenge that was instrumental in winning our category in the challenge (as an intern).

I worked as a freelancer focusing on social media strategy and content, and learned to develop light web assets including Wordpress sites and Facebook custom tabs.Clients: AWOL Tours, Casey B Dolan, various musicians / bands at a national scale.

I was selected to play for the Poker Farm Team at the World Series of Poker 2010 in Las Vegas, having developed my game at the Farm. Promoted to Coach, I was responsible for my team’s weekly results and skills development. In addition, I managed the technical infrastructure that supported the business model (including game analysis).Notable project: I prototyped a side project that centralised gameplay databases and analysis in real time. The project scaled to our international offices and increased the effectiveness of the Poker Farm business strategy.
