Through successful partnership and key account development activities with the likes of HP, AVID, nCube, etc. Entera was acquired by Cachflow (now BlueCoat) for $440M.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:Strategic Account and OEM Partner DevelopmentACCOMPLISHMENTS:- Created a variety of marketing messaging, collateral and sales tools in an effort to rebrand the combined companies and communicate a single vision. - Drove competitive market research and analysis for senior management to support Entera’s exit strategy activities. (In October 2000, Bluecoat Systems announced the $480 Million acquisition of Entera.)- Structured a streaming video and caching proxy server licensing agreement with HP.
