I love people watching, but not in the sense you may think. People's growth and excitement for life is really what motivates me, and what I enjoy watching. How can I set this person up for success and watch it come to fruition? Don't get me wrong, I am certainly not the only factor in people’s success... In fact, I have very little to do with it. But, putting them in strong teams, giving each person a voice, support, and coaching is my little contribution. Their hard work, dedication and sheer drive gets them to their success. My future became very clear once I watched these successes – leveraging the team growth and success to meet Organizational objectives. My business background is in an Organization that has seen rapid growth in the highway construction industry. KSI is the go to when it comes to large, design build type projects because of our abilities in partnering and design improvement, as well as the ability to back it up with a strong base of people, equipment and organization. But, it did not start out that way. It took a rebuilding of people, culture, processes and efficiencies to get us to that level. I found out I enjoyed the rebuilding, and as our Organization has grown, I have found that the preservation of what we had accomplished and the outlook on continual growth is what keeps me moving.With all this, my professional values can be boiled down to the following:~ I lead by example~ I think big~ I execute all plans well~ I am centered and resilient~ I rally the troops to greater things~ I root out issues and find solutions~ I give direct communication, with a heartReach out and let’s chat.
