At General Motors my main responsibility is to create and maintain written documentation for multiple vehicle systems. In order to achieve this goal I work very hard to stay in contact with the subject matter experts that work on the systems that I support. I am also responsible for seeking out as much information as possible, and fixing any issues that I come across. Other activities include: working with various SharePoint sites, communicating well with coworkers and management, and scheduling time wisely to always stay ahead of schedule.

Working at PTC taught me a multitude of skills, and gave me great experience in the workplace. The main project that I worked on was the creation and management of a large-scale help center for use within the department itself. This help center focuses on the tools, processes, and best practices for current and new employees in order to ease onboarding and increase consistency. I also led project meetings, created graphics, wrote technical content, and took part in many other opportunities and experiences that PTC had to offer.
