I've been involved with Kuma Outdoor Gear since it's inception back in 2014. From connecting the current owners to building the branding and helping develop the full product line. I have recently taken on a Full Time Contract position with Kuma and I am very excited to work with our suppliers overseas and with our Retailers across North America. Kuma Outdoor Gear manufactures products for outdoor enthusiasts, from campers to glampers! We offer a wide range of camping gear including furniture, tents, sleeping bags, blankets/pillows, propane products, pet products and drinkware.

With the help of 3 other friends we've created an online platform to make fundraising easy and help offset costs associated with sports and other activities. This summer we launched fundcrew.ca. I work specifically on the branding, website design and functionality and promotions for the company.

As Creative Director at Whiteridge I was involved in anything that pertains to the image of the company, externally and internally. This involved management of the Whiteridge brand, Kuma Outdoor Gear brand, and the Pursuit Outdoor brand.I designed and developed new products and was extensively involved in all custom product orders. I communicated closely with our suppliers overseas to ensure that we supplied innovative, exciting, quality products to the promotional market. I was involved in the process of importing of these products from overseas into Canada and the United States. I managed the website content and original design and implemented all marketing campaigns via website, social media and e-mail blast campaigns. I helped coordinate all marketing initiatives with internal Customer Service and internal and external Sales Staff.I designed and developed all print materials such as their annual 130-140 page catalog, the 24-35 page fall season supplement catalog, the print advertisements, and their promotional flyers.I handled and implemented all social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Linked In, You Tube).I was also involved in helping product create videos to showcase their benefits and features. I was mainly involved in producing, editing and scripting the videos.

As a Sales Coordinator I worked closely with each promotional product sales rep helping arrange orders and shipments for their customers. As Graphic Designer I coordinated preparing artwork, vectorizing artwork, designing new logos, and designs for print apparel and custom hats. I later moved into doing my own promotional product sales while at the same time doing graphic design for all the sales reps.
