Initiative and innovative thinking earned me a promotion at VCAM. Since then, I have redesigned the technology profile of the company and developed training material for staff and users. Daily, I inspect, diagnose, and resolve current and potential problems related to VCAM's existing technology and planned purchases.

I managed the operation of the facility during the evening shift, including the technical direction of broadcast television shows, master control operation, support for video editors, and facility schedules. In the quiet hours I took initiative to improve the efficiency of VCAM's technological capabilities as well as learned the operation and function of all VCAM's equipment.

I was hired for my particular expertise in working with Mac computers and Final Cut Studio. I spent the majority of my time teaching members and staff how to maximize their efficiency editing and encoding digital video. In addition, I set up and managed a distributed processing network, which increased efficiency by over 400%.
