Matt began his career in wealth management in 2005 with A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. Before relocating to Illinois in 2019, he previously managed the Anaheim, Brea, and Manhattan Beach offices of Wells Fargo Advisors Private Client Group in southern California. Prior to that, he consulted more than 500 Financial Advisors and Advisor teams in southern California and Hawaii. While living in California, Matt and his wife, Joslyn, met Dan and Jeanne Cunningham of Mattoon, Illinois, at a work conference. With their 3rd child on the way, and a desire to be closer to family, Matt teamed up with Financial Advisors Dan Cunningham, Craig Cunningham, and Chris Considine. As a result of Matt’s previous roles in consulting advisors, he has designed his practice to serve fewer clients with more complex needs. This allows him to spend more time per client, which is often needed with high earning and high net worth families with tax and estate concerns.
