SvpHard Rock Hotel And Casino Las Vegas 2006 - 2008San Diego, Ca, UsResponsible for all non-gaming aspects of this $220 million Las Vegas Resort. Increased year over year non-gaming revenue by $11 million & EBITDA by $32.2 million, which equates to a 292% flow-thru. Internationally act as liaison for the W Brand with owners/developers, project managers, architects & interior designers. Work with EAME, AP & LAD Starwood SVP’s by region on all New Build & Operational aspects of the W’s in their region. Helped to develop International New Builds Tools: Turnover Schedule, Key Milestone Report, Deal Turnover Process, etc. Domestically liaise with the NAD New Builds Team & W Brand Office. “On Board” all new GM’s. GOP increased to 35.5% vs. 28.2% of previous year. Associate Satisfaction Survey scored an 89.5%, which was a significant increase over the previous years 80.5%.
