My first ever "job" was in high school working as a peanuts/crackerjacks vendor at the old Jack Murphy Stadium for Padres, Chargers, and SDSU Aztecs games (with a monster truck rally and AA convention thrown in here and there). This was where I first learned how to actively hustle, engage people, and genuinely enjoy what I do. Everyone was pretty much selling the same thing I was, however, work ethic prevailed and I enjoyed making commissions that were paid to those that constantly sold more than the next. This is where I also learned to enjoy working and bringing joy to others.What can I say? I'm empathetic, competitive, driven, optimistic, genuine, and positive but mixed with a healthy dose of reality regarding expectations.I thrive in start-up and growth stage companies in spearheading rapid growth sales & strategic initiatives, business development, strategic partnerships, and marketing strategy and have had the fortune of working in various industries such as sports, launching my own ventures, and working in sales leadership in the PropTech sector of Multifamily Real Estate. Outside of work, I'm a husband and father of two young and active boys, I enjoy traveling around the world and experiencing other cultures, and I am a long-time suffering Padres fan.
