Strategic planning involves identifying internal and external customer needs, analyzing legislative and regulatory policy drivers, producing a technology gap analysis, and developing strategic research initiatives.• Lead the General Rate Case (GRC) effort to support the overall RD&D and Business Development programs, including budget forecasting, testimony writing, data request responses, and witness preparation. Will serve as the Customer Solutions Witness for the TY2022 GRC proceeding before the Public Utilities Commission.• Present RD&D planning and project updates to the public and key government agencies, including the US Department of Energy, the California Energy Commission, the California Public Utilities Commission, and South Coast Air Quality management District.
