As a seasoned commercial expert, I'm adept at building and leading high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results for customers and investors. Most recently, I was the executive chairman, CEO, and president at Archway Marketing Services, an award-winning marketing logistics, fulfillment services, and supply chain management company. Alongside Archway's leadership team, investors, and board, we successfully modernized Archway by establishing a strong culture and transforming the overall business into an integrated, efficient, and profitable organization. Through collaborative leadership, the company was able to reframe the value of its services to its customers while substantially resetting the price-value equation. In just over three years, the combined Archway team reinvigorated Archway and delivered an asset that appealed to a new set of investors. Before that, I served as CEO of AIA, a service provider to independent promotional product distributors. In this role, AIA grew its sales and EBITDA by more than 25%, and we ensured the company responded to the needs of AIA's vast network of distributors. Additionally, the AIA leadership team and I successfully led the development and execution of sales and marketing programs and leading technology solutions that contributed to the company's considerable growth. Other C-level positions include my tenure as the president and COO at The Highlands Group, a multinational sales and marketing agency serving the business products industry. Preceding this role, I served as the president of Tops Products, overseeing four North American manufacturing plants, four distribution centers, an international manufacturing and distribution center, and global sourcing operations. In every role, I lead with a clear belief that long-term value creation is achieved by building an exceptional team of talented leaders, creating a simple plan that can be clearly communicated and executed, measuring what matters, doing what we said we'd do, and celebrating victories.
