I have extensive experience in the B2B loyalty, incentive and reward space, having developed my career within a great organisation, across all aspects of the operations. During this time, I have developed a strong skillset in design and strategy, in addition to establishing a comprehensive understanding of what an incentives and rewards program can do for a business and how this can translate into real results.I especially enjoy working with technology and looking for ways that new developments can enhance different programs.Having now spent 20 years with 212F, I have had the pleasure of working across all aspects of the business.
