Matthew Griscom (but most people know him as Matt), is a professional Video Editor, Videographer, and Landscape Photographer. Matt was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, and is the youngest of five kids. In August of 2019, he married his beautiful wife Lisa, and they currently reside in Smyrna, GA. From an early age, he loved recording and photographing everyone and everything. Over time his love of video editing and landscape photography took root. Videography Background His formal education comes from Full Sail University, where he received his Bachelor's and Masters's Degree in film production. After college, he continued his love of video editing by freelancing for ad agencies and organizations. He is proficient in Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, and Avid. He currently works full-time as a Master Control Operator at Encompass Digital Media. Photography Background When it comes to photography, Matt is very much a fan. You can’t take him on a trip without having to take at least several dozen landscape photos. In fact, his wife has started taking photos of him taking photos because apparently, he has a “photo stance”. His love of photography grows with each picture he takes. He has an eye for detail as you can see from his photos. Although Matt has a history of taking landscape photographs from an early age, he will be the first to admit he still has much more to learn.
