- Actively monitoring CCTV, traffic and business systems ensuring proactive and reactive measures are taken reducing the impact of events or incidents on our road networks. - Support workplace safety abiding by relevant Health Safety Environment standard operating procedures, report hazards, near misses, incidents and injuries. - Investigate and respond to alarms as well as liaising with Emergency Services, Brisbane Metropolitan Transport Management Centre, Incident Response service providers, RACQ, contractors, network customers and the general public. - Maintain awareness of security concerns, terrorism alerts and threat levels pertaining to critical infrastructure assets. - Manage maintenance personnel and their associated Work Authority Permits. Evolve as the business develops undertaking new duties as required, adopting a flexible approach to work requirements.
