In 2012, in what started as a passion for convincing more people to start their own businesses, I founded BizBritain. Fast forward to today, and we're a fully FCA-authorised financial services firm and one of the UK’s leading and most exciting providers of alternative business finance. As we advance, we aim to become the biggest and best commercial finance broker in the UK.As CEO, I have led BizBritain to help over 7,500 entrepreneurs raise more than a combined £80 Million in government-backed start-up funding and to provide access to a wide range of financial products for start-ups and SMEs through our network of lenders and associate brokers. BizBritain is currently UK wide business support partner delivering the British Business Bank's Start Up Loans programme. In 2016 and 2017, I was celebrated as Entrepreneurs’ Champion of the Year at the NatWest Great British Entrepreneur Awards, and in 2018 I joined their panel as a Judge. In 2019 I also joined the judging panel for the Amazon Scale Up Awards.I've been featured by several media outlets ranging from the BBC to Forbes, named on several prestigious lists, including the Smith & Williamson Power 100, and written articles for some of the UK's leading business publications. In 2019 I was recognised as one of Britain's most influential entrepreneurs by Richtopia. I'm also currently a member of the Forbes Business Council.
