With Ultra High Pressure and High H2S, its development has significant technical and environmental challenges. The partners and government had differing goals and business objectives, and trust was low. I updated the Field Development Plan incorporating often conflicting stakeholder requirements. By careful stakeholder engagement, and interfacing across business responding quickly and effectively to stakeholder queries, my FDP was approved by all parties and implemented, building trust across the venture.My notable accomplishments include:• Designed and implemented ‘Scalable’ Internal independent Value Assurance for full programme of KPO projects through whole Project Lifecycle, from Identify to commissioning and Start-up. Enabled effective decision making, providing appropriate assurance across full TECOP risk spectrum.• Organised and facilitated CSAP and CSRA reviews for $500m 4ICP and $750m KGDBN projects to endorse cost and schedule methodologies, and quantify risk and contingency.• Developed the front end contracting and procurement strategy for the Caustic Neutralisation Unit replacement by defining a functional specification to delivering a Vendor designed solution with 40% cost reduction. • Facilitated effective project risk assessments, identifying, assessing and mitigating cross functional risks associated with implementing value promises.• Led cross functional pre-start-up reviews to verify commissioning and start-up plans, and to ensure readiness for effective operation.• Led post investment review of operating project to demonstrate promised value had been delivered, and lessons learnt.• Designed and implemented novel cloud based Project Assurance action tracking database allowing shared cross company partner approval, accelerating action closure by 80% -
