• Developed the front end contracting and procurement strategy for the Caustic Neutralisation Unit replacement by defining a functional specification to delivering a Vendor designed solution with 40% cost reduction.

• Optimised wellsite design using competitive scoping techniques, skid modulization, and supply chain rationalisation. Reduced costs by >50% and hook-up time by >30%.
• Responsible for brownfield engineering for designing and implementing modifications to wellsite and gathering infrastructure responding to operating challenges.
• Delivered new wellsite skid package for QCLNG specifically designed from start to reduce construction time and reduce cost. Involved focused input from construction experts in initial design phase to "build.
• Challenged inappropriate standard application by rigorous process safety risk assessment and negotiation with Discipline Heads to reduce costs by >20%
