As a scrum product owner of COSMOTE id I am responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders, managing the backlog and prioritizing backlog item. Also I am setting each sprint goal and influence the team into achieving that goal. COSMOTE id is dealing with authentication, authorization and profiling of digital users and it's a major enabler for COSMOTE brand digital ecosystem consisting of various websites and applications. We achieved so far to:1. Have more than 5 Million accounts2. Hundreds of Thousands unique logins per day3. Hundreds of Thousands stored payment methods

As a UX architect and User Experience leader, I conceptualize and implement robust strategy for COSMOTE Digital Ecosystems that includes creation of common UI and UX guidelines, centralized user profile, customer identification, interoperability between apps and web solutions. This strategy played a vital role in streamlining core elements of digital ecosystem, while garnering profitable gains for the organization with increased customer satisfaction.Key Achievements: ● Augmented user experience/satisfaction by rationalizing prototypes and designs and sustained 4+ star rating throughout.● Delivered strategic guidance to team members for prompt and efficient accomplishment of projects to achieve organizational goals/objectives● Enhanced capability, efficiency, and productivity of teams through proper training and guidance

In my role, I conducted surveys/analysis to determine user satisfaction level by assessing several parameters, such as traffic, usage, and consumer behavior. I evaluated outcomes, and recommended solutions for improvement. I acted as a liaison between IT and business; gathered information from business segments and transformed that information into implementation requirements.Key Achievements:• Improved structure, functionality, and design of company’s website to enhance interactivity, while meeting overall customer requirements.• Directed cross functional teams for completion of OTE COSMOTE brand merge project for all groups digital interfaces. Accomplished within time and budgetary constraints as well as became a case study for DT group.• Enhanced satisfaction from OTE group web touchpoints to 94% (an all-time high).

As a Manager, Web Projects I led the successful implementation of two major websites for the group, including www.ote.gr and www.otetv.gr . I delivered guidance to cross-functional project teams for effectively gathering and processing business requirements. I also led user acceptance tests for various software projects to ensure that system requirements meet business needs. I collaborated with top management and other key stakeholders to track and report project progress. Specified Requirements for Self Service functionalities including: New registration and customer authorization processes, One Click Service Upgrades, Real time internet line measuring and calibration, Favorites list and notification for TV programs, E-Invoice and payment, including call minute data and statistics, Trouble ticketing, complaints and orders statuses.Key Achievements: Recognized by top management for optimizing functionality and design of new Company Portal www.ote.gr Chaired meeting for analysis and implementation options evaluation, as well as served as a translator of business to IT requirements.

I directed project teams for managing prompt and cost-effective accomplishment of multiple projects through budgeting and impeccable planning (based on P.M.I. methodology).
