Starting 360 from his garden in 2012, 1to1 and Bootcamp took a quick change after discovering CrossFit in 2013. Opening our Staines gym 360 Ultimate Fitness with Jean-Michelle Piers in 2015.Making Fitness Fun ► Most gym routines are boring and repetitive, have limited progression and take a lot of will power to remain committed.
