Key experience:- Design and launch of Signifyd University, an innovative approach to learning content design and delivery. - Creation and delivery of a bespoke leadership development program aimed at new and aspiring leaders. - Lead the design and implementation of mentoring programs for other teams to enhance knowledge sharing and increase levels of peer-to-peer development opportunities.

Key experience:- Oversight of all UK HR operations/benefits- Development of UK employee engagement and culture-building- Lead our UK employer brand and talent acquisition marketing and development- SME on UK employment law, including UK immigration/Visas- Lead on employee relations, including performance management- Member of the Signifyd Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee- Member of the Signifyd Corporate Ethics Committee

Key experience:- Managing COVID response for Signifyd's UK operations and locations- Developing Signifyd's market presence by leading Employer branding activities, University partnerships, industry events and sponsorships, and local professional networks- Providing expert advice on UK employment law and practices- Securing Signifyd's UK visa sponsorship licence- Developing regional HR policies and procedures- Managing and developing UK benefits packages, including the procurement of Private Health Insurance, Life Assurance, Holiday Purchase Scheme, Cycle to Work Scheme etc.
