Our engineering, data science and operations teams constantly improve our machine learning technology that protects merchants, while allowing them to ship more orders and open new markets without the fear of fraud.Key responsibilities include:- Organisational Development strategy, including the design, development and implementation of initiatives to drive organisational performance- Measuring the impact and return on investment of OD initiatives- Leadership Development, including needs assessment, skills framework development, and adoption of psychometric tools to enhance individual development- Team/People development, including needs assessment, skills framework development, program design, coaching and mentoring, and measuring impact- Interventions to identify opportunities to enhance organisational effectiveness- Career development and job design
