Matt was born and raised in Snohomish County, Washington. He and his wife, Emilie, have Three young girls, Bellamy, Isla and Eden, and son Julian. Matt grew up with a passion for basketball, playing in High School and College, then spent 10 years coaching high school boys. No longer coaching on the court, he now coaches real estate brokers on how to grow their businesses, along with teaching different contract and marketing strategies to help them stay ahead of the pack.
