Currently Director of Marketing and Engagement at the Money Advice Trust, the charity that runs National Debtline and Business Debtline - leading on customer insight, marketing, influencing and communications as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Acted up as Director of External Affairs & Partnerships, leading our work to raise awareness of our services, influence and improve public policy, and establish partnerships with a wide range of other organisations to support people in financial difficulty.

Led the public affairs and policy, communications and marketing functions at the Money Advice Trust, the charity that runs National Debtline and Business Debtline.

Led the policy, communications and creative functions as a member of Management Team, with responsibility for delivering the Trust's influencing strategy and B2B marketing for our training and consultancy service. (Head of Public Affairs and Marketing until Feb 2021)

Managed the communications team at the charity that runs National Debtline, with responsibility for delivering media relations, stakeholder engagement and digital comms activity.

Set up and managed the leading UK financial education charity's media/communications function and supported its successful campaign for personal finance to be included in the National Curriculum. Promoted from Senior Media & Communications Officer in July 2013.

Secured high-volume, high-impact coverage and significantly raised the national debt advice charity's media profile (then known as the Consumer Credit Counselling Service, CCCS).

Set up and managed the office of a newly-elected Member of Parliament, prepared briefings, articles and speeches and gained valuable experience in media relations and stakeholder engagement.

Organised several election campaigns in Warwickshire including the successful 2010 Parliamentary campaign in Warwick & Leamington, achieving one of the best results for the Conservatives nationwide. Started full time in June 2008 after part-time role during Masters year.
