I led the team of talented individuals at Encore that makes up the Specialty Services business group. This team provides the foundational venue infrastructure services upon which great events are built including Internet, Rigging, Power Distribution, Digital Signage and AV Integration Services. The role involved;-Multi-business unit leadership -Integration of separately acquired business units into cohesive, consistent and engaged teams-Long term planning

During the response to the pandemic I focused on realigning and growing Encore's digital solutions teams into a Virtual and Hybrid events business.-Organizational Design-Software development prioritization and rapid operationalization-M&A opportunity evaluation

Scope of responsibility includes;-Managing a full lifecycle projects team for wireless network sales, survey, design and installation.-Maintaining a proactive, customer focused Network Operations Center.-Delivering high end, technically complex networks for events of all sizes and in any venue. -Establishing and maintaining partnerships with technology providers, hotel brands and venue operators.-Directing research & development priorities based on sound understanding of technology and business principles-Writing and delivering on annual budgets and 5 year plans

Responsible for growing the Internet Services busienss at PSAV by;-Creating and developing a Sales Engineer discipline that aligns with the sales culture in the broader organization. -Developing systems and processes for effective support of wireless networks in hotels and convention centers.-Building a dialog with the meeting planner community.

Corporate IT for PSAV's European operations.

Ran the Audio Visual Services business onsite at a hotel. Responsible for;-Successful execution of events-Team selection and coaching-Event sales in partnership with the hotel sales team
