Successfully managing and increasing base corporate accounts while developing new business accounts has been the net result of organizing and expanding relationships with customer representatives, other corporate personnel and manufacturer business partners like Alcatel- Lucent, Motorola, AVST, and Agito. Additionally, developing customer relationships through face to face visits, electronic account management (CRM) and sustained relationship building activities has played a key role in my ability to maintain and progress corporate accounts. Launching a wireless resell program and introducing the product line to other sales professionals and customers led to managing not only wireless sales but also the opportunity to market WLAN networks with multiple applications.

Sales / Business Management 1995 2007Effectively managing the wireless business provided the opportunity to develop sales through B2B, retail, and independent business partners. Through new account expansion, mergers, acquisitions, and business partners the position grew to managing over twenty direct sales representatives and fifteen independent business partners. Supporting business growth initiatives, sales training, forecasting, analytics and general channel management allowed for a successful market plan and business development.

As a CSR, I was responsible for administering calls from Multistate Insurance Customers. For the most part we would advise them on account status, new options, potential benefits and adjustments to their plans. My role as a Senior CSR allowed me to be the group lead which enabled me to assist fellow representatives, train new CSR's and coordinate and conduct team meetings. In addition, my responsibilities included developing and presenting varying information sessions to my group and other associate units.
