I lead aiRESULTS (airesults.net) a company dedicated to providing disruptive solutions in Marketing and Customer Lifecycle Optimization (CLO) leveraging deep expertise in strategy, enterprise transformation, and AI powered technologies. CLO spans the end-to-end customer value chain encompassing the areas of Customer Engagement (CE), Customer Experience (CX), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Success (CS). Throughout my career I have leveraged an uncommon combination of training and experience in quantitative economics, marketing, and computer science to apply unique insights in addressing complex business issues. I have been a pioneer in applying sophisticated analytics to develop business solutions and a proponent of AI before it became a recognized force.My clients recognize me as as innovator and thought leader, particularly in the customer loyalty area. Of particular note is SCWM (Strategic Customer Worth Management), a comprehensive AI driven framework I developed. SCWM is founded on a breakthrough concept I refer to as "intrinsic loyalty". Intrinsic loyalty dispels the confusion between true loyalty which is based on psychological factors and "loyalty programs" which are based on financial incentives. Current "loyalty programs" do not achieve maximum value because they do not leverage the intrinsic loyalty characteristics of a customer. Our unique solutions CARE-O and TruLoyalty do that. Understanding and applying the impact of intrinsic customer loyalty will be crucial for survival and success in a post-pandemic world because of the permanent changes in the structure of how customers will have to be acquired and retained. This is particularly true for startups and early growth stage companies where the most effective use of resources to acquire and retain customers with the highest lifetime value is critical.In my career spanning more than three decades I have worked with enterprises of all sizes and stages of growth ranging from startups to industry leading Fortune 50 companies. My industry experience includes Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, CPG and Telecom. I have experience as a management consultant with leading firms such as Deloitte, Capgemini, A.T. Kearney and IBM Global Business Services as well as an executive at AT&T and Citigroup.I am adept in a global environment with business experience in North America (US, Canada), Europe (UK, France, Norway), Asia (Japan, S. Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, India), and Australia.
