CurrentManage Store Inventory: Monitor inventory levels to maintain within prescribed limits set by Trek. Conduct weekly cycle counts ensuring inventory accuracy. Generate weekly product orders from all applicable vendors and receive all products at the store. Additionally responsible for daily tracking of Ascend (retail management software) inventory discrepancies.Retail Management Software Lead: Will monitor and execute the following reports weekly: Negative Inventory, Cost Greater Than MSRP, Uncategorized Products, Hidden Inventory, Non-Inventory Products w/Cost, Serial Numbers Not Matching Quantity On Hand, Unresolved Warranty, Database Health Summary, Aged Inventory, etc. Active participation in Ascend's training program.Ensure High-Quality Customer Service.: Monitor the quality of customer service through observation of the service department. Willingness to greet and work with all store customers within the service center and on the sales floor.Merchandising: Create a welcoming shopping environment through visual merchandising, product presentation and promotion by consistently executing all corporate merchandising strategies and directives on time. Inspire the team to create new ideas to improve performance and maximize cross-selling opportunities based on individual store needs.
