I currently serve as a Regional Service Manager for the Surgical Visualization and Guidance (SVG) segment within GE Healthcare Ultrasound. I am currently responsible for a team of 9 Field Service Engineers (FSE) spanning the Western U.S. My key responsibilities include field service delivery, customer service, strategic planning of our FSE team, and providing solutions to complex customer needs. I have contributed to the continued growth of our service contracts while also driving revenue growth by exceeding customer expectations. In addition, I have excelled in working with cross-functional teams, such as Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Clinical to provide technical feedback to better our products and customer experience. My future ambitions look to build off my Master’s in Data Science to further apply Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to our Surgical Ultrasounds.
