I collaborate closely with different teams within the bank to ensure the best outcome for the client's requests. This includes but is not limited to payment processing, invoice management and account switching. I'm also responsible for the reconciliation of internal accounts to ensure that all transfers have been passed through correctly. Recently I've become adept at working complex cases, such as credit payment recovery which requires me to contact different banks and relationship managers to recover a client's money which had been processed incorrectly. I take on this challenge with a high level of customer service, organisation and time management skills to complete other tasks while prioritising workload.

My role involves assessing credit reports and documents such as payslips, bank statements and self-employed documents to ensure that the application can fit on the credit policy. I am currently the dedicated case manager to two broker firms that regularly send applications to Bluestone and I am responsible for assessing their applications as a priority.

Previously worked at Nationwide Building Society as part of a Case Administration team that handled new mortgage applications. My role included vetting bank statements, passports and proof of visa documents. I was responsible for passing valuation reports on properties to ensure they're suitable for Nationwide to lend on. As a result of working in this temporary role, I have contributed to reducing the queue of applications to be worked from 2,000 down to 150 and applications can now proceed quicker.

My employment with Nationwide was a temporary contract as a Mortgage Assistant. My role involved working in the Northampton Administration Center and talking to members over the telephone. My responsibilities included, but were not limited to, quoting repayment figures and charges related to the mortgage, loading up mortgage statements to send off to members and making sure that any call that comes through that the caller passes a thorough security check to ensure customer data is protected.

In my role at William Hill, I took up this role to enhance my interpersonal and finance handling skills. I had more responsibility with handling large sums of money in the shop and following the correct processes to ensure the money is put away safely or taken to the bank safely to deposit. Part of my responsibility with being an Assistant Customer Service Manager was calling another William Hill shop in Sheffield to ensure that their shop was running well and no problems had arisen for that day's business.

I took this role up in between my first year and my second year at university. This role involved administrative tasks such as stock control and handling of personal customer data. I also held a responsibility with opening the shop and making sure that the shop looked presentable for the day's business to start. As well as opening, I would also be closing the shop for the day which involved me in cleaning up and making sure the next morning would be as easy as possible for the shop to reopen.
