Deployed to Kosovo to lead a joint special operations intelligence organization in support of NATO peacekeeping. Responsible for myriad programs including systems and physical security of the headquarters facilities, operations security and investigations into potential activities in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. - Coordinated with parent organization in Little Creek, Virginia, local German contractors, and resident military security to establish, construct and implement the first ever sensitive compartmented information facility for the command. Saved thousands of dollars by reducing the need for physical alterations to the existing building. - Implemented the command’s new security practices and synchronized security measures with the base after the attacks on September 11th. - Worked with local intelligence organizations to debrief personnel following engagements with foreign partners.

Developed intricate, polished briefings for both US and foreign VIPs on a variety of complex political-military issues in the US Pacific Command Area Of Responsibility.
