Hello! My name is Matthew Scherer. I'm a student at the Kelley School of Business, COO/President of PitchX, and an Indiana real estate licensee. Throughout my life I've had a business oriented mindset that has lead me to find a passion for real estate. I've always been fascinated by the many aspects that go into real estate and I'm constantly working to develop a deeper understanding of how I can provide value to this field. Currently, I’m providing value to the tax advantage real estate industry through my work with PitchX.At PitchX, we provide firms with a one-stop-shop workspace for their clients to manage and transact on investment opportunities. We help firms of all sizes partner with real estate service providers, enabling them to easily vertically integrate.I believe success is achieved through application of hardwork to ones passion.
