Performed Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securitization and Collateralized Debt Obligation due diligence services on transactions in excess of $60 billion consisting of: performing assets, non-performing and sub-performing assets, whole loans, B-notes, mezzanine loans, participation interests, and earnouts. Conducted fair market value opinions for clients, incorporating asset evaluation, cash-flow and loan-to-value analysis, and a full review of related debt pricing for assets with a notional amount exceeding $4 billion.Key Highlights:- Supervised advisory service projects generating more than $10 million in revenues for the firm.- Grew and enhanced client relationships with a variety of domestic and international investment banks.
