In 2019, relocated to New York, to open the first branch of Resourcing Group USA. Tasked with building out the Property & Facility Management & Maintenance division for the USA. Notable contracts have included; - Sole recruiter for leading residential service provider. Responsible for the operational aspect of the contract including managing the full recruitment process, working closely with the senior management team, managing existing agency suppliers, overseeing relief workers communication and providing training to all system users.- Working as a 360 Consultant, working with domestic and commercial maintenance contractors. I supplied all levels of white collar staff. - Working as a 360 Consultant, working with residential service providers providing housing management staff. - Secondment during COVID-19 to Cushman & Wakefield Services, overseeing a team of recruiters and entire region (Texas) for Amazon.
