During my tenure in Public Accounting, I was exposed to a variety of problem-solving opportunities, I had my mind open to what one can achieve with deep focus, and exposure to the possibilities that exist in all of us. My time in the "trenches" taught me more than I could ever imagine and allowed me to unlock my superpower…..an ability to deconstruct the complex, reassemble into simple steps, and build teams to execute. For those familiar with EOS…I was born to be an INTEGRATOR.This wasn’t luck. This was laser focus on intentionally asking myself, am I the person I was meant to be? I have found my superpower.
